All of our shipments will be delivered using USPS.
You will have 2 options: standard overnight or 2 day delivery.

Handling Time
For items that are in stock, we will need 3 to 5 days to process your order.
All custom orders will be shipped the following day your order is completed.

Restrictions
All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon delivery. No other exceptions allowed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Online Return Policy
We am committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our Jewelry made in our personal shop, and I am confident that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; I will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. I am not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

I will process your return upon receipt of the package. We must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
In-person Return Policy
If you decide to return an in-person purchase made for any reason, we will issue a full store credit for that purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date.
